    Please write any relevant information such as event, date of event, swimming distance and time or distance you wish to achieve.

    Please provide some details of your usual trainings such as total session distance with an example of a typical swim set with start times and paces.
    For example: 6 x 100 m/yd on 2 minutes start (pace around 1 minute and 50 seconds) or 1 mile (1.5km) on 25 minutes.
