There will be no refunds or transfers given for cancellations, except for special circumstances.
Special circumstances
In situation around medical health, accident or moving out that completely change your ability to attend the swimming training sessions, then a refund may be provided less an administration fee of 10% of the lessons bought.
Medical disclaimer
You take full responsibility for your health, well-being, and safety at all time. You take responsibility for illness, injuries or death related to use of any of our products or services.
This includes but is not limited to public pools and open water during the training sessions.
​Intellectual property
You will not share the training plans or other resources provided by outpace swimming with anyone else.
